I write this message with a grateful heart, as I am reminded
every day of the wonderful community we live in and the amazing fair and entertainment community we call friends. We try our best to be the wonderful caretakers and good stewards of the Winneshiek County Fairgrounds. As the new year comes around, we will do our absolute best to make the 2024 Fair the BEST it can be. We are in the business of making memories. It doesn’t matter if you are nine years old or 90 years old, if we’ve done our job, you will leave our fair feeling like you just experienced the best county fair around. You may have soaked up the sun, took in a 4-H show, strolled through the projects, ate a funnel cake or two, watched a tractor pull or rode the Ferris wheel. It’s whatever you make of it, and it is always a lifetime experience! May 2024 bring you all the most wonderful experiences, and we hope we can bring a few of those wonderful memories your way.
